Hello from the
Vietnamese Youth Action Committee!!
Following the
dialogue from the 2010 VYAC national Vietnamese youth survey and
national workshop, we identified the need to set up and support an
infrastructure to create a national network for young Vietnamese
Canadians. Today we are very excited to launch the establishment of a
national network of young Vietnamese Canadians for mutual support,
inspiration, and success! Based on your needs and interests, this
project will match young people to mentors at the peer and
inter-generational levels.

http://www.vietfederation.ca/mentorship.html to fill out the
application form by January
22, 2012. You will then be added to
our network. The application form will let us know if you would like to
become a mentee or mentor (or both), or whether you wish to support this
initiative in other ways.
Our local
community partners in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary
are available to answer questions you may have and further support the
mentor-mentee matches at the local level.

Tiếp theo những cuộc đối thoại của
Hội thảo và thăm ḍ ư kiến vào năm 2010, chúng tôi đă xác định sự cần thiết
trong việc thiết lập và hỗ trợ một hạ tầng cơ sở cho việc thành lập một mạng
lưới toàn quốc cho giới trẻ Canada gốc Việt. Hôm nay, chúng tôi rất vui mừng
được thông báo sự thành lập một mạng lưới quốc gia để tương trợ, học hỏi, khuyến
khích, và hướng dẫn nhằm nâng cao khả năng hội nhập và thành công trong lănh vực
phát triển cá nhân, sự nghiệp, cũng như sinh hoạt cộng đồng. Đối với những bạn
cần giúp đỡ, căn cứ vào nhu cầu và sở thích, Ủy ban Thanh niên Hành động sẽ t́m
kiếm người cố vấn khác thế hệ hay cố vấn cùng lứa tuổi cho bạn.

hay bạn chỉ muốn ủng hộ chương tŕnh này về những phương diện khác.

sẵn sàng trả lời những câu hỏi của quư vị và hỗ trợ việc phân nhiệm giữa Cố vấn
và người cần cố vấn tại địa phương.

Suite au dialogue
entamé lors du sondage et du colloque national de 2010, nous avons identifié le
besoin d’instaurer une infrastructure pour créer un réseau national pour les
jeunes Canadien(ne)s d’origine vietnamienne.
Aujourd’hui nous sommes heureux d’annoncer l’établissement d’un réseau
national de jeunes Canadien(ne)s d’origine vietnamienne pour le soutien mutuel,
l’inspiration et la réussite ! Selon vos besoins et vos intérêts, ce projet va
jumeler les jeunes et leurs mentors, au niveau des pairs et au niveau inter-générationnel.

communautaires locaux à Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary et Vancouver sont
disponibles pour répondre à vos questions et pous aider les mentor-mentorés au
niveau local.
