STRUCTURE

The structure of the VCF is composed of three bodies:

  1. The Council of Presidents consists of the Presidents of all member associations and is mandated to form policies and set priorities.  This Council is headed by the Representatives of the Council of Presidents;
  2. The Internal Audit Committee is to oversee the Executive Committee's accountability;
  3. The Executive Committee, consisting of the President, the Vice-President and the Treasurer, and a number of commissioners in charge of different areas of activities, is responsible for the Federation's overall operation.
The VCF holds its general assembly every two years to elect of its Executive Committee, the Representative of the Council of Presidents and the Internal Audit Committee, and to formulate the direction for the Federation.  Commissioners are appointed by the President of the Executive Committee for various areas of activities.
